Gerville Abanilla Reyes-Luistro (born 3 October 1975), also known as Jinky Bitrics Luistro or Bitrics, [5] is a Filipino lawyer and politician serving as the representative of Batangas's 2nd congressional district since 2022.
It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Gerville Luistro of Lakas-CMD. [4] Prior to its second dissolution in 1972, the second district encompassed the provincial capital city, Batangas City, and the southern Batangas municipalities of Alitagtag, Bauan, Cuenca, Ibaan, Lobo, Mabini, San Juan, San Pascual, Taysan, and Tingloy. [5]

He completed elementary and high school education in public schools in Bauan.In college, he took up general engineering at Batangas State University (formerly Pablo Borbon Memorial Institute of Technology) in 1984 to 1985 before transferring to University of Batangas (formerly Western Philippine Colleges) to take up political science from 1986 to 1989.
