White Heat is a cookbook by chef Marco Pierre White, published in 1990. It features black-and-white photographs by Bob Carlos Clarke . It is partially autobiographical, and is considered to be the chef's first memoir.
Carlos Clarke produced six books during his career: The Illustrated Delta of Venus (1980), Obsession (1981), The Dark Summer (1985), White Heat (1990), Shooting Sex (2002), Love Dolls Never Die (2004), and one DVD, Too Many Nights (2006). His work is held in the collection of the National Portrait Gallery in London.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, she graduated from Brandeis University, and University of Wisconsin. [1]In 2014, Wineapple received a Literature Award in Literature from the American Academy of Arts and Letters, and her book White Heat: The Friendship of Emily Dickinson and Thomas Wentworth Higginson was a finalist for a National Book Critics Circle Award.
