I wouldn't let you keep armour on you in hybrid form. Some other things that I might not let you keep in hybrid form are: Goggles/lenses. Boots. Robes. Vests. Helmets. , depending what kind those would be. A circlet around your head might be ok, but a full pot helmet would probably not, as your snout grows bigger.
Supporter. Apr 23, 2020. #3. Hmm. Yeah, there's the feel of power gaming around the edges there. The bigger the benefits he wants, the stronger the downside has to be. The ability to shapeshift is a core Druid ability and not only is it paired with a lesser spell list I'd guess the werewolf form is supposed to be pretty butt kicking.
A bit of background info: the character is a human fighter, 6th level, with the Gunslinger subclass (high-dex, low-strength build). Other members of the party are a Firbolg Druid, an Elf Artificer, a Human Rogue, and a Goliath Monk, all 6th level. Now, let us review the Rules As Written for a playable Werewolf.
Now what i want to know is what you all think on how his unarmed attacks would work. At the moment he is a 5th level monk, plus werewolf = ecl 9. His unarmed attacks do 1d8 damage and so far we have been adding the 1d4 into the calculation of damage (so an unarmed attack does 1d8 + 1d4 + str). Though i think that is wrong.

Damage Immunities: bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from nonmagical weapons that aren't silvered. , but does that mean that when werewolves fight each other, they've either gotta bust out the magic weapons or just rely on ...
Van Richten's Guide to Ravenloft tops them all. Players will get a lot out of it, too, but VRGtR is a feast of useful, imagination-sparking material—and that's not entirely limited to those who like horror. The Demiplane of Dread known as Ravenloft is the star, of course, but VRGtR is more than just a setting book.
Running a 3rd level adventure. I would like the winter wolf pelt to provide something special against cold, but not sure what would be OP and how much it would cost. Previous D&D versions had such an item providing a resistance of 5 against cold damage, but also made the wearer more vulnerable...

He's the god of wererats, thievery, disguise, and concealment. His symbol is a rat's head with bared, yellow teeth. He dwells in Gehenna. Balador is the god of werebears, protection, and fraternity. He is a chaotic good lesser power of the Beastlands. Ferrix is the goddess of play, curiosity, hunting, and weretigers.
The 5e base mummy has 9 HD, the 2e Mummy has 6HD, so an edition inflation of +50% (plus con bonus for actual hp.) This +50% ratio matches the HD increase from 2e to 5e in base Greater Mummies and Mummy Lords. Ankhtepot is 13 HD and has 13th level clerical abilities.
