Bear in mind that Egyptian Arabic pronunciation is not the same. For example, I would transcribe that same phrase as [ˈmæktæbæt‿ ʊlˈdʒæːmɪʕæ]. (For the benefit of our non-Arabic-speaking friend, the word مكتبة "library" is pronounced [ˈmæktæbæ] in isolation; notice the linking).
