The album was first released on 5 October 2005 in Japan then on 10 October in the UK, 11 October in North America, and in Europe and Latin America, on 14 October.
The set was released on 4 September 2006, in Korea and Brazil, 11 September in Europe, 27 September in Japan, 29 September in Germany and 10 October in the U.S. It was later releases on the iTunes Store on 7 November.
