Here is a source for you I grew up in Pikeville KY and I attended PCC in Pikeville in the fall of 92 when the campus was located by the riverfill 10 theatre (before the theatre was there). Big Sandy Community and Technical College in Pikeville is kind of like a combo of PCC (Prestonsburg, KY) and Mayo Technical College (Paintsville, KY).
