Michigan Hawks was an American women's soccer team that joined the United Soccer Leagues W-League in 2004 as the Detroit Jaguars and renamed to the Michigan Hawks as growth from the larger Michigan Wolves/Hawks organization. The Hawks played in the Midwest Division of the Central Conference.
His son, Paul Tinnion, was head coach of the Eastern Michigan University women's soccer team and is now Director of Coaching of the Michigan Jaguars soccer club based in Novi, Michigan. [7] His other son, Joseph Tinnion is the current men's coach of Rochester University.

In 2017 and 2018, Ricketts won back-to-back state championships with the 2007 Michigan Hawks Black. Beginning in 2020, she played on a boys' team – the 2007 Michigan Tigers Gold – that won multiple state and regional championships, culminating with the under-15 US Youth Soccer National Championships in 2022.
