The 2025 CONCACAF W Futsal Championship will be the inaugural edition of the CONCACAF W Futsal Championship, the international futsal championship organised by CONCACAF for the women's national teams of North, Central America and the Caribbean. This is a list of the futsal competitions past and present for international teams and for club futsal, in individual countries and internationally. The competitions are grouped by organizing authority: FIFA (international association), the six confederations (continental associations), the federations (national associations) and the AMF (international association).
The competition was created by FIFA in December 2022, [1] with the first edition taking place in 2025. [2] FIFA had previously announced plans for a women's futsal competition in 2018 and received criticism from futsal players for their "public neglect" of the sport. [3] For the first edition, 16 teams will participate in the tournament. [4]
The draw was held on 13 February 2025 at 13:00 EST at the CAF headquarters in Cairo, Egypt. [5] The 9 teams were drawn into three groups of three teams, with hosts Morocco seeded in Group A (position A1) .
