Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (Indonesian: Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember; abbreviated as ITS) is a national public research university located in Surabaya, East Java, with a strong emphasis on scientific, engineering, and vocational education system.
From 1992 to 1991 it was entitled Politeknik Elektronika Surabaya, at which time it came under the umbrella of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember.
