  3. Has anyone used flexjobs.com? Paying to find jobs seems so wrong.

Paying to find jobs seems so wrong. Indeed has gotten too scammy, this site supposedly verifies its postings but it also seems like a scam. I just want a wfh data entry job that pays like $40k/year to ride out the impending societal collapse 🙃. This sounds like an ad because it’s almost the same language that was in a comment on another post.

  4. FlexJobs scam? : r/Scams - Reddit

Flexjobs is a hand-screened, majority remote, job board. I pay 9.99 to have access to these jobs that I can apply to. They claim they go thru a rigorous screening process to make sure they aren't scams. I'm not too sure about this though, did a quick phone interview, I got the job. Filled out some paperwork including an i9 form.

  5. Is FlexJobs worth it? : r/remotework - Reddit

No. Flexjobs and virtualvocations were not worth it. I’m a professional grade contractor and heard a lot bout both of those when I was very early in my PGC career. Their price pts per month were low, so I ran my own experiment to see if they had good ROI. They do not at all.

  6. Has Anyone Gotten a Remote Job on Flexjobs.com? : r/digitalnomad...

    www.reddit.com/r/digitalnomad/comments/tp9zp7/has_anyone_gotten_a_remote_job...

The only one I even considered applying for that was posted on Flexjobs had already been on Indeed for over a week I had just missed it because it said Remote in xx rather than Remote. They do vet all job postings so they are legitimate but that means they take longer to show up on the job board. So, to me, it isn’t worth it.

Unsubscribed from their (flex jobs) emails three times now though; eventually had to block them. The problem is they get mentioned in a few job seeking places as a good way to get a job. Obviously; they’ve paid their way in there. 1. Reply. 729K subscribers in the Scams community. Welcome to r/scams. This is an educational subreddit focused ...

  8. Flexjobs even legit? : r/jobs - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/jobs/comments/uj0d98/flexjobs_even_legit

A lot of the jobs from flexjobs pretty much show up in those other boards too. Additional note, never pay for a job board subscription. I wouldn't bother with it now. I've used it a couple of times many years ago when remote work wasn't as common, or if places put "Remote" they might be scams or something.

I wouldn’t. There’s too many good job boards for remote work to pay flexjobs a dime. Here’s three alternatives. WeWorkRemotely.com Remotive.io Remoteok.io. Reply. Yonderen. •. I have been hired for a legit, full time position from flexjobs.com in the past, which was one of the best jobs I've ever had.

Quick warning for job seekers: be careful when applying to these "work from home" jobs. Earlier this week, I was contacted by what looks like a legitimate company offering a work-from-home video editor position. I have applied on many job sites, such as Indeed, Monster, Flexjobs, LinkedIn etc, so it will be hard to pinpoint the exact site it ...

Every job I applied to on flex jobs has never gotten back to me. Used it multiple times over the last couple of years. Found it was very good at curating suitable remote jobs. I own a membership and while some of the stuff is useful, I haven't found any work.
