Michael Francis Middleton (born 23 June 1949) is a British businessman. He is the father of Catherine, Princess of Wales, Philippa Matthews and James Middleton. Born in Leeds, Middleton was educated at the University of Surrey. He joined British Airways and worked as a flight dispatcher.
