The Sheridan-Kalorama Historic District encompasses the entire 190 acres (77 ha) Sheridan-Kalorama neighborhood, located in the northwest quadrant of Washington, D.C.. The rough boundaries of the historic district are Rock Creek Park to the north and west, P Street to the south, and 22nd Street and Florida Avenue to the east.
The site was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 27, 1995, and is a contributing property to the Sheridan-Kalorama Historic District. The 2009 property value of the site (park included) is $6,956,490.
