Yevgeny Vincente "Bambi" Beja Emano (born January 29, 1975) is a Filipino politician from Misamis Oriental who is currently serving as the Representative of the 2nd District. He previously served as Governor of Misamis Oriental, [ 1 ] Representative from 2007 to 2013 and Mayor of Tagoloan from 1998 to 2007.
Misamis Oriental's 2nd congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Misamis Oriental. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. [ 3 ]
