I have two Windows 10 computers. One is hardwired to my router and the other is wireless. After the Windows 10 update in October 2016, neither is able to access my Networked Attached Storage Device.
Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. You should be able to use your Network-attached storage device on your Xbox, no problem. However, You wouldn't be able to use it to store games or apps. You will be able to browse your movies, music and pictures from the NAS though. Hope this helps!

The trouble network folder shows nothing in the Navigation pane when I try to expand it. Hi, I would suggest you to check if the physical connection between Windows 8 and network storage drive are fine. If the physical connections are fine, then you need to check the sharing options. When I upgraded to Windows 10, File Explorer worked fine when I was accessing files on my network attached storage device (Western Digital MyCloudEX2Ultra). After updating to Windows 10 Anniversary, when working with subdirectories on the NAS that contained files with long file paths, attempting to sort by "Date Modified" crashed File Explorer.
When the url is accessed with /admin on a browser I can log into the device without issue. The device visibility in File Explorer comes and goes as storage, but is constant for "Media Device" It is a flat network. Any ideas? Have been able to set it up as an FTP but would prefer just to map the drive anyway.

Cannot see network-attached storage on some computers. We have a home network with 5 computers and a network-storage device. Until recently all was working fine, all computers could see the NAS and map it to a drive letter. Suddenly 3 of the computers cannot see the NAS at all, either as a mapped drive or by its native name.
