SM Mall of Asia (also abbreviated as SM MoA, or simply Mall of Asia or MoA; ), is a large shopping mall in the Philippines, located at Bay City, Pasay, Philippines, within the SM Central Business Park, a reclaimed area within Manila Bay, and the southern end of Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA/C-4).
It is located in the Aseana City township development, close to PAGCOR's Entertainment City and archrival mall SM Mall of Asia in Central Business Park I of Bay City. With a total floor area measuring 400,000 m 2 (4,300,000 sq ft), it is the largest Ayala Mall and the fifth largest shopping mall in the Philippines, tied with Festival Mall.
The IMAX theater opened on July 14, 2011, along with the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2, [13] it has a seating capacity of 440, and it is located at the West Wing of the mall. It is the fourth IMAX theater in the country after SM Mall of Asia, SM North EDSA, and SM City Cebu. [14] [15]

SM Megamall was the largest mall in the country for a 17-year period, but when the SM Mall of Asia was built in 2006, it was ranked third largest in the country by floor area at that time, measuring 331,679 m 2 (3,570,160 sq ft) of total retail floor area and after SM City North EDSA (which ranks first in the country and second in the world).
