Maybe I am over-reacting, but I added not one, but two links to making page breaks on Wikipedia articles. Revert if you think only one is needed, but here is my reasoning: 1. I know we need the link at the top (to the template on Wikipedia) 2. While the external link at the bottom may be superfluous, it doesn't seem to fit on the template article.
