Carlos De Vil (played by Cameron Boyce) is the son of Cruella de Vil [2] (101 Dalmatians). Carlos is jumpy and anxious, but has the skills of a true tech prodigy and is in love with Jane. In Descendants: The Rise of Red, it is revealed that Carlos died from unknown causes after the events of Descendants 3, as Boyce passed away in July 2019.
In 2015, Boyce was one of the main cast members in Disney Channel's Descendants, playing Carlos, the son of Cruella de Vil.
