While you may not get caught, sharing accounts goes against their user agreement. They have pursued action before over on Reddit, so I would not personally want to risk them finding out.
The uworld ABFM answer explanations did reveal similar bits and pieces extracted verbatim from my current uworld subscription to usmle step 2ck and am curious as to the overlap from your recollection; if you had ever used uworld for step 2ck/3rd year med school rotations.

Case Files + AAFP + OnlineMedEd + PreTest (not popular on SDN, but I liked it for FM) was enough for me. AAFP +/- PreTest is more than enough questions, especially if you already did UWorld IM.
I've got a 2017 Uworld subscription, and I like the navigation and interface of this beta version. My only gripe is that my timer inconsistently freezes when I start a timed test. Is this happening to anyone else?
