It is not. All of you who have not deleted the msinfo32.exe, try running it from the command prompt. It will show you a lot of system information, because that is what it is - a program made for showing the user system information upon request. Why I am writing this is because I also have this problem.

Even after uninstalling the software it leaves the run entry in the registry, does not remove the C:\Program Files (x86)\Surfshark folder, does not remove the TAP driver and a multitude of other registry entries.
