El Saadany was born in Cairo, Egypt. His father is Egyptian actor Salah El-Saadany. [1] His uncle is writer and journalist Mahmud Sadani. He made his acting debut in an episode of the television series Al Helmeya Nights with his father in 1995. [2] He made his film debut in the 2004 movie Dignity Day.
