Mission Valley (formerly known as Mission Valley Center, Westfield Shoppingtown Mission Valley, and Westfield Mission Valley) is a retail complex consisting of a traditional open-air shopping mall owned by Real Capital Solutions and Lowe, and a power center owned by Sunbelt Investment Holdings Inc., in Mission Valley, San Diego.

The shopping center hosts 1,720,533 sq ft (159,842.7 m 2) of leasable floor area, making it the largest mall in San Diego and one of the largest in California. It is managed by the 50% owner Simon Property Group.
The Mission Valley Center (now Westfield Mission Valley) opened in 1961 [10] and was followed by several other large regional shopping malls. In the late 1950s and early 1960s, the U.S. 80 freeway (now Interstate 8 ) was constructed through Mission Valley, further opening the area up for development.
