    When the employee is present, they are good. Problem is they are not "Present" for 20%+ of the day. "There is no set workload / tasks to be completed, that is the reason this is an hourly position and not salary. Yes, other employees need to pick up the slack, or it gets busy and they get overwhelmed being short handed for so long.

My father's PTO accrued year to year and when he retired he got a lump sum check for something like three years worth of salary. My ladyfriend loses unused PTO.

    There is a COTS solution for the 10130 if you look for it - you would work with two of those as monoculars in a binocular system, but otherwise you're better off cutting your losses and getting some 10160's.
