New York State Route 32 (NY 32) is a north–south state highway that extends for 176.73 miles (284.42 km) through the Hudson Valley and Capital District regions of the U.S. state of New York. It is a two-lane surface road for nearly its entire length, with few divided sections.
The lowest numbered route in the system is County Route 11 (CR 11); the highest is CR 183C. Note that routes 160 through 169 do not conform to any style, and coincidentally the 170 through 179 series (with the exception of the spur designated 174A) follows the pre-expressway routing of New York State Route 17 (NY 17).
New York State Route 239 (NY 239) was a state highway in eastern Erie County, New York, United States. The southern terminus of the route was at an intersection with NY 354 in Marilla. Its northern terminus was at a junction with U.S. Route 20 (US 20) in the village of Alden. NY 239 was about 3 miles (5 km) in length and named Exchange Street.
The route would have been severed from its parent, NY 32, as a result; however, NY 32 was extended northeastward along US 9 from South Glens Falls to NY 32B in Glens Falls by this time. [ 9 ] [ 10 ] On January 1, 1949, NY 32 was extended east to US 4 in Hudson Falls by way of Warren Street, Boulevard, and Feeder Street.
