    I have a few Wusthof knives with "X50 Cr Mo WV15" on the blades rather than "X50 Cr Mo V15". The blades seem to be harder and stiffer than my other Wusthof knives, as might be expected if there is tungsten in the alloy. These knives are early steak knives from the Culinar line; my later Culinar kitchen knives have the more standard X50 Cr Mo V15.
