North Oaks is an exurban [4] city 10 miles (16 km) north of St. Paul in Ramsey County in the U.S. state of Minnesota.The population was 4,469 at the 2010 census. Mounds View Public Schools (District 621) is a Minnesota school district serving the cities of Arden Hills, Mounds View, New Brighton, North Oaks, Roseville, Shoreview, Vadnais Heights and portions of Spring Lake Park and White Bear Township.
