The clones re-appear in Series 3 and make an appearance at the conclusion of episode 3.1. One clone is killed in episode 3.2 while spying inside the ARC. Another dies when Helen orders him to jump off the roof of a tall building to test the clones' programmed loyalty, and many clones are killed when the ARC explodes.
