North Carolina Highway 751 (NC 751) is a north–south state road in North Carolina that runs from U.S. Route 64 (US 64) near Jordan Lake State Recreation Area, to US 70 Business near Durham. The road also continues south approximately 4.3 miles (6.9 km) to US 1 as New Hill-Olive Chapel Road (SR 1141).

The brick home of Pearson, built in 1861, was fully restored in the 1970s and is the centerpiece of the 30-acre (120,000 m 2) Richmond Hill Law School & Nature Park. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1970. [2] Richmond Hill Baptist, established in 1889, is also in the community.
The highway's routing appeared on the 1916 Highway Map by the North Carolina State Highway Commission for the five year federal aid program. [10] However NC 13 was not officially marked on any state highway maps until 1924; where it was routed from NC 10/NC 75 in Durham north through Rougemont and Timberlake to NC 57 east of Roxboro.

North Carolina Highway 117 (NC 117) was established in 1931 as a new primary spur from US 70/NC 10, in Jasper, to Dover. In 1932, NC 117 was extended west on new routing through Kinston and Mount Olive, before ending at NC 102, in Newton Grove. In 1934, NC 117 was decommissioned in favor of NC 55 extension. [4]
