Immaculate Conception Parish - designated for Polish immigrants in Springfield, Massachusetts, United States. Founded 1905. It is one of the Polish-American Roman Catholic parishes in New England in the Diocese of Springfield in Massachusetts. Citing insufficient parishioners the diocese had planned to close the parish in 2009.
The campus is adjacent to a church and a rectory. This church used to be the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston's Immaculate Conception Church, but reopened in January 2006 as St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church. The school also resides next to the International School of Boston.
The church was completed the following year and consecrated by Cardinal O'Connell on Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 1910. The construction of the church cost $150,000, an enormous sum for the time, as Fr. Danahy had spared no expense in the fulfillment of his vow. Fr. Danahy continued to serve as pastor until his death on November 5, 1923.
