Omuhleumnguni Simamane (born 10 October 2003) is a South African rapper and songwriter. Born and raised in Umlazi, Durban, Usimamane Got Recognition when he was featured by Tony Dayimane on the song Ifilimu then he rose to fame with his breakthrough single "Cheque" released in 2024, which was certified 3× Platinum in South Africa.
Initially, the band only performed western music, but after a few years, the band began to perform Sinhala songs as well, and eventually the band members began composing their own Sinhala music. The first Sinhala songs released by the Gypsies, Linda Langa Sangamaya and Amma Amma, were released in 1973. [3]
