The Sequatchie County Courthouse, on Cherry St. in Dunlap, Tennessee is a courthouse which was built in 1911. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. [1] It was built at cost of $12,000 by W.K. Brown & Bros. contractors. It is Colonial Revival in style. [2]
It was not determined what property the company owned on the date of its demise. The property, rights, and franchises of the company were sold at a foreclosure sale January 7, 1893, to J. Edward Simmons and associates, who, on March 20, 1893, conveyed the same property to The Middle Tennessee & Alabama Railway Company.
