The PNR South Long Haul, also known as the PNR Bicol, was a proposed inter-city rail line project in southern Luzon, Philippines. [1] It is part of the larger Luzon Rail System, [2] a network of long-distance standard-gauge lines being built by the Philippine National Railways throughout Luzon.

The North Long Haul West is a reconstruction of the old North Main Line between New Clark City and La Union, with extensions to Laoag, the supposed final terminus of the Manila-Dagupan Railway. The Inter-Provincial Commuter is a 44-kilometer (27 mi) commuter and regional rail service between San Pablo, Laguna and Lucena, Quezon. It has been proposed as part of the PNR South Long Haul project in 2019. The service had its first trial run on February 14, 2022, and was reopened on June 26. [55]
