OKC Outlets is an outlet mall located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The mall is 394,661 square feet (36,665.2 m 2) in size, and is one of the largest malls owned by The Outlet Resource Group (TORG). It opened on August 5, 2011, as The Outlet Shoppes at Oklahoma City, and was developed by Horizon Group Properties and CBL & Associates Properties. [2]
The Paycom Center is owned by the City of Oklahoma City and was opened on June 8, 2002, three years after construction began. [6] The original Ford Center name came from a naming rights deal with the Oklahoma Ford Dealers group which represented the marketing efforts of the state's Ford dealerships, rather than the Ford Motor Company itself.
The last automobile dealership along Automobile Alley, Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City at 1225 North Broadway, plans to vacate its premises in 2018 and move to suburban Edmond. The new location will occupy half of a 65,000 square feet (6,000 m 2 ) building that was constructed to house Volkswagen of Edmond in 2003.
