Re: BT 'yahoo' mail issue. As per @chrisjp post I would suggest that you first try clearing your browser's history and cookies. Re: Emails will not scroll down and links in emails don’t work. Only switched to BT email app recently as other email apps wouldn’t verify my email acct when abroad and the BT one did. This has only just started happening, was fine for the first couple of months and only a problem on IPads. 0 Ratings.

If you are only using webmail, which is when you sign into your email account on a web browser, you do not need to make any changes to your email account when it is moved from BTYahoo to BTMail. It should happen without any intervention from you. I posted a link called BTMail in my first post.
