I was looking at the required classes for kinesiology at my junior college before I get ready to transfer to a CSU, and I noticed CHEM 100 Introductory Chemistry was on the list, but there were other easier classes to choose from and chem wasn't required, but it was recommended as a prerequisite for one of the anatomy classes.

Nautilus is very solid equipment. In my opinion it has a very good range of motion and is very comfortable. Also the resistance is very smooth. The pec fly/ rear delt, tricep pushdown, vert chest, leg curl and leg extensions are some nautilus machines that have given me great gains! 08-12-2011, 12:12 PM #15. RBLOCK.

The RHB pre-workout is a little strong for me but usually half a scoop is enough where I don't get too crazy off of it. Lol.
My dominant hand has twice the grip strength (120 lbs) of my non-dominant hand (60 lbs). Is in the house... Well im curling 38lbs for bout 7 reps for both arms but i can usually pump one more out with my left arm too. Just always go to the same reps for both arms and i think they will level out (to an extent) one day.
