Coopertown Meetinghouse (also called Coopertown Church and Coopertown Union Sunday School) is a historic church meeting house in Edgewater Park Township, Burlington County, New Jersey, United States. It was built in 1802 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. [3]
Originally constructed as 5415 EdgewaterBeach, on the former site of the Edgewater Beach Hotel, it was renamed Park Tower and Mall in 1979 when it was converted from apartments to condominiums by Robert Sheridan & Partners. Eight of the original 728 apartments have been legally merged into four units, leaving a total of 724 condos.
Edgewater is known for its Lake Erie frontage, tree-lined streets, and extensive Edgewater Park, part of the Lakefront Reservation of the Cleveland Metroparks. It also includes the Clifton Boulevard Historic District retail area. The neighborhood was part of the Village of West Cleveland from 1871 until its annexation to Cleveland in 1894.
