Isabella Maria Jane Mulvany (4 September 1854 – 7 April 1934) was one of the Nine Graces, the first nine women to graduate from University with a degree in either Great Britain or Ireland. [1] She was a pioneer in Women's education. [2] [3] She was the head of Alexandra School which prepared girls for entry to Alexandra College. [4]
White became the Principal of Alexandra College in 1890. She worked in the position until 1932 when she retired.
