The European University Hockey League (EUHL) is the first European university league in ice hockey, founded in 2013. It is managed by the European University Hockey Association (EUHA). The idea for a university hockey league in Europe came from Jaroslav Straka , with support from Lubomir Sekeras, Frantisek Sadecky, and Peter Spankovic.
The 2025 Men's EuroHockey Indoor Club Cup will be the 34th edition of the Men's EuroHockey Indoor Club Cup, Europe's premier indoor hockey club tournament for men organized by the European Hockey Federation. It will be hosted by Rotweiss Wettingen at the Tägi Sporthalle in Wettingen, Switzerland from 21 to 23 February 2024. [1] [2]

In 2006, the sports events were renamed European Universities Championships, to stress the universities being the participants in the events. In 2012 the first European Universities Games was organised, bringing together 10 sports from the European Universities Championships at the same place at the same time.
The top pot also contained the reigning champions of four of the top five founding leagues according to the league rankings (Sweden, Switzerland, Germany, Finland and Czechia). Pot D contained 2023–24 ICE Hockey League regular season runners-up Fehérvár AV19 and champions of five challenger leagues.
A total of 32 teams from different European first-tier leagues participated in the 2021–22 Champions Hockey League. Besides the Continental Cup champions, 24 teams from the six founding leagues, as well as the national champions from Norway, Denmark, France, Belarus, the United Kingdom, Poland and Ukraine could qualify.

The tournament was hosted by A.D. Lousada at the Estádio Municipal de Hóquei em Campo in Lousada, Portugal from 29 March to 1 April 2024. [1] Cardiff & Met were the two-time defending champions, having won their third title in the previous edition. [2] They were defeated 4–2 in the final by Lisnagarvey, who won their second title. [3]
