José Cecilio del Valle was born on November 22, 1780, in the village of Choluteca, [7] located near the Choluteca River. The Palacio del Valle, is a historic villa in Cienfuegos, Cuba, built by the Italian architect, Alfredo Colli, from 1913 to 1917 and reminiscent of Moorish architecture. The original client of the villa was the Cuban merchant Celestino Caces, who then sold it to Asturian-born Acisclo del Valle Blanco, who had its construction completed.

Santa Ana del Valle is a town and municipality in Oaxaca in south-western Mexico. The municipality covers an area of km 2. It is part of the Tlacolula District in the east of the Valles Centrales Region. As of 2005, the municipality had a total population of 1,996. [1]
