There is a gun shop in the little town of Wagram,NC called Mid South Guns. They have the largest collection of guns I have seen in one place in a long time. They must have over 400 long guns from under $150 to prices in the thousands. Old revolvers and semi-autos to brand new. Prices are as good as I have seen anywhere.

Long guns do not need to be registered in NY. As long as your long guns are legal here (take a look at the sticky threads at the top of the laws forum) then you can just move them here and not worry about them. He has already started getting his machinery in place. His prices are much better than his competition.
