If you are looking for the ready-to-play maps for 1.16.5, 1.17.1 or 1.19.4 (with 1.20 coming soon), you can find the maps here in a lot of different scales from 1:500 to 1:18000. The official maps are for Java Edition only, but you can find some fan-made map converts for Bedrock here.
This maps only work for the Minecraft Java Edition. Currently, there are no official Bedrock maps available. You can check out this site to find Bedrock versions of some maps.

Here you can see interactive overviews for each scale (1.16.5 survival with features). You can zoom in and out and find the coordinates by hovering with the mouse over a region. When completely zoomed in (the standard zoom level), 1 pixel on your monitor represents 1 block ingame. All maps where generated with uNmINeD.
You can select from different sources to get the terrain for your map. I added multiple options because not all are available in every country. There are 5 options in total, 3 XYZ-Tiles, which will need an active internet connection and 2 offline variants.
To create a Minecraft map using the Tiles software, several steps are necessary. Please read all information before asking for support. A handful of programs are required, all of which can be installed free of charge for private purposes.
