The Grand Ledge school district was established in 1886. It comprises an area of 125 square miles (320 km 2) centered 10 miles (16 km) west of Lansing, Michigan's state capital. Within the school district are the City of Grand Ledge, the communities of Delta Mills, Mulliken, Wacousta and Eagle, as well as a large portion of Delta Township.
