Riverside Memorial Chapel was founded as Meyers Livery Stable [2] in 1897 by Louis Meyers on Norfolk Street on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. In 1905, the business was relocated to 54 East 109th Street and the name was changed to Meyers Undertakers .
Alden is a village in Erie County, New York, United States. The population was 2,605 in the 2010 census. It is part of the Buffalo–Niagara Falls Metropolitan Statistical Area. The village is centrally located within the town of Alden. Its principal street is Broadway (U.S. Route 20).

He struggled financially, and in 1876, sold the house to James C. Townsend of Oyster Bay to pay off debts. In 1882, Anne Coleman Alden (1818–1896) purchased the house following the construction of Fort Hill House, her summer residence on Lloyd Neck. Alden's estate, including Joseph Lloyd Manor, was then sold in 1900 to William John Matheson.
