Neath Port Talbot (Welsh: Castell-nedd Port Talbot) is a county borough in the south-west of Wales.Its principal towns are Neath, Port Talbot, Briton Ferry and Pontardawe.The county borough borders Bridgend County Borough and Rhondda Cynon Taf to the east, Powys and Carmarthenshire to the north; and Swansea to the west.
The festival is organised by the Regeneration and Economic Development team of Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council and is supported by local businesses and community organisations. A total of 62 artisan traders attended the festival in 2018, of which 77% were from Wales, and 18% were new businesses trading for less than two years. [5]

The 2022 election to Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council was held on 5 May 2022 as part of wider local elections across Wales. The election was preceded by the 2017 election . Three candidates (from the sixty seats available) were elected unopposed.
Pontardawe (Welsh pronunciation: [pɔntarˈdawɛ] ⓘ) is a town and a community in the lower Swansea Valley (Welsh: Cwmtawe). it had a population of approximately 7,172 in the 2021 Census for Pontardawe Parish, [1] and forms part of the county borough of Neath Port Talbot.
