Schoolcraft Township is a civil township of Houghton County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2020 census , the township had a population of 1,992. [ 3 ] The township was organized in 1866.

Paavola is an unincorporated community in the township, north and east of Hancock, about 0.5 miles (0.80 km) east of US 41.
Hubbell is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Houghton County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2020 census, the population was 908; down from 946 in the 2010 census [4] and down from 1,105 at the 2000 census. The community is partially within Torch Lake Township and partially within Osceola Township.
