David Rodger Hultgren (born April 30, 1951) is a former politician and judge in Illinois. In 1986 he successfully ran for the Illinois House of Representatives, [1] winning the 94th District seat. After serving three full terms, he moved into the judicial field as a judge in the 9th judicial circuit. Hultgren retired on July 4, 2006.
