Nemacolin (formerly known as Nemacolin Woodlands Resort) is a four-season resort in Farmington, Fayette County, Pennsylvania. [1] The resort is owned by Maggie Hardy , owner and CEO of the 84 Lumber Company, and was founded by her father, Joseph Hardy .
After a three-year hiatus, Wolfington and O'Neil Property Group hired The Total Concert Team to manage the 2011 season, and they produced four concerts. [2] The 2012 season was managed by Christopher Perrotti, and consisted of 10 shows. [2] The last public concert at the center was August 24, 2012.
The Woodlands Resort offers 36-holes of on-property golf at the Oaks and Panther Trail courses. Nine holes of the Oaks course were part of the original layout configured by Robert Von Hagge in 1975. [6] The renovation of Panther Trail started in May 2002 by course architect Roy Case.

The Woodlands is a National Historic Landmark District on the west bank of the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia. It includes a Federal-style mansion, a matching carriage house and stable, and a garden landscape that in 1840 was transformed into a Victorian rural cemetery with an arboretum of over 1,000 trees.
The Lodge at Woodloch is a destination spa that opened in 2006. The Lodge, designed by architecture firm Cooper Carry, [5] is a separate facility from the Woodloch Pines resort. It is five minutes away from The Pines, across the street from Woodloch Springs, on Little Lake Teedyuskung. The spa resort is operated by the Kiesendahl family. [6]
