    Posted on Apr 13, 2022. Texas state criminal law (Texas Penal Code Section 21.09) makes it a crime to "organize, promote, conduct or participate as an observer" of bestiality. You probably won't get caught for the one incident you described here, but I suggest you avoid it in the future, even if you inadvertently stumble across it online.

    My colleague is absolutely correct. The driver of the other vehicle can file a complaint with the police department accusing you of reckless driving and violating several other sections of the Vehicle and Traffic Law. If the driver has dashcam video that shows you driving then he certainly can provide the video to the police.
