My boyfriend accidentally got rid of the Yuzu emulator on his Steam Deck. On my Windows PC, I have the latest prod keys, title keys, and the firmware. Since we can't use Emudeck to install it anymore, how would we go about using the .appimage to manually install it so Emudeck can find it with the prod keys and all?

For all games you should dump your latest title.keys, prod.keys, and firmware. All games need these keys, some just require more recent keys than others. Freshly dumped keys will always be most recent. Firmware is similar though many games don't need a firmware at all to run. On yuzu, you don’t need firmware. You only need prod keys.
Open yuzu and use the menu to 'open yuzu folder'. Not any external drive or install/game directory etc. has to be the app data yuzu location. Dump the keys again and then put them in yuzu user>keys folder. If in doubt, yuzu team have a well written guide available on their website. Probaly your files are wrong.
