How to get trident easily in java. I’ve been traveling across the ocean pretty far in search of a trident and I’ve had zero luck. First, I’m finding it rly hard to find drowned, most of the ones I’ve found were the ones that generate with a ruins. And I’ve already killed 10 w tridents w looting 3 and have had no luck (very unlucky).
You can build it in lees than 30 mins, and then with 1h (more or less) afk and looting 3 You'll get 2 tridents. 2. Reply. lichty93. • 3 yr. ago. i built a basic river drowned farm, and by the time i finished it, i had 3 tridents and never used the farm again. 1. Reply. wipped_chicha.
Drowned farm is the best way to get a lot of tridents (for example, I just made a ghast gunpowder farm that required 36 trident killers), but the best way to obtain a trident if you just want one for personal use is just to swim around and keep fighting drowned until one drops one. There is a big difference between Java and Bedrock when it ...

This is a problem but can be mitigated with Unbreaking or Mending. Good luck getting Mending though. Attempting to get Mending is a further investment. And then there's the fact that the durability of a trident dropped from drowned is random. You could finally get a trident and it has 2 durability.
There is a glitch that if you can get close to a drowned without aggroing it (maybe stand on land and build out to the drowned), then throw rhe nautilus shell to the drowned (but the drowned can't already have a nautilus shell, just a trident). It works if you have like 10 nautilus shells to chuck in its direction, and it will 6/10 times pick ...
Not sure if this is entirely true but you can drown zombies and turn them into drowned but the artificially made drowned only have a chance (which is very small) of dropping tridents in bedrock. it's stupid easy on bedrock, any drowned, even converted zombies have a chance to drop them. Flooding a zombie spawner will get you more than you know ...
Cheats: /give @s minecraft:trident. Survival: looting III in an ocean killing drowned. 2. SalahSaadSalah. • 3 yr. ago. I’d say get looting 3 and explore oceans looking for those ruins like structures, they spawn big patches of drowned when you find them, if you look for a while you should be able to get a trident. 2.
The other option is to build a drowned farm, which aren't complicated but are time consuming to build. It’s painful. You have to just hunt for them with tridents and hope you get one, looting helps. I’ve been trying to get at least one trident, but drowned zombies don’t seem to spawn that often, and if I am lucky enough to find one with a….
The wiki claims that the drop rate for Tridents from drowned is 8.5% but in actuality testing has showed it to be closer to 6%. Given this rate there is about a 4.6% chance that after 340 Drowned killed that you wouldn't yet have gotten a Trident. So it is possible that you've just been unlucky.
