The Whittier City School District (also known as Whittier City Elementary School District and WCSD) is a K-8 school district in Whittier, California.It serves students. It was originally founded in 1898, the same year the city of Whittier was incorporated.
Prior to the building of Whittier Elementary School, children who lived in Manor Park attended Brightwood Elementary School.
